Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience engaging clients in a sales, service, or relationship-building capacity, including identifying needs and delivering solutions.
• Must obtain and maintain active NMLS registration as required for the role.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates and sustains long-term client relationships through leads management and outbound efforts in a bank location; identify opportunities to deepen client relationships.
• Proactively engages in client conversations, captures information, and identifies client solutions and next best actions with TD systems.
• Leads client engagement across walk-in, appointment, and outbound opportunities, building credibility and relationships.
• Learns client needs through purposeful discovery, uncovering expressed and unexpressed needs.
• Interprets client needs with banking and financial knowledge to provide tailored guidance on products and services.
• Delivers needs-based guidance reflecting holistic client goals and coordinates referrals with partners.
• Advocates for clients through ongoing engagement and proactive outreach; supports mortgage and other lending activities.
• Ensures continuity of client experience, strong documentation, and risk/compliance adherence.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

2+ years of experience in sales/service/relationship banking

NMLS registration (must obtain)

Notary License preferred
