Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop new customer relationships and retain existing ones by identifying opportunities and leveraging the portfolio management process.
• Manage relationship activities including customer assessments, profiling for sales opportunities, account openings, and outbound calling.
• Reach out to clients to follow up and progress development plans based on needs identified during interactions.
• Understand and communicate products and services offered by Business Banking.
• Evaluate financing requests, propose loan structures, and submit loan applications.
• Attend community networking events and build Centers of Influence relationships.
• Cross-sell retail products to business owners in coordination with partners.
• Adhere to compliance and risk controls and promote M&T Bank brand.
