Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine client maintenance requests and sales activities to support branch targets.
• Contribute to meeting client service and sales goals by expanding relationships.
• Conduct consultative conversations and escalate complex needs to specialists.
