Globus Medical is seeking a Reimbursement Specialist to support payer coverage, health economic analyses, and market access initiatives. You will interface with the Patient Access team and collaborate across departments to ensure policy alignment and compliant processes.

The role requires 1–2 years in reimbursement or market access, and strong Excel and communication skills to engage customers and internal teams effectively.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–2 years’ work experience in reimbursement or market access.
• Knowledge of US healthcare system including coverage, coding, and payment policies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written, verbal, and phone communication skills.

Mansioni

• Provide reimbursement-related support to customers (coding, billing, payment, medical policy).
• Train sales teams and customers on new initiatives or programs.
• Track CMS rulemaking and policy changes.
• Analyze CMS policy trends to inform market access strategies.
• Interface with Patient Access team to resolve challenges.
• Build relationships with key institution accounts for coding and reimbursement.
• Collaborate with HFX Access, National Accounts, Marketing, Sales, and Clinical Affairs.
• Monitor macro healthcare trends impacting pricing, contracting, and distribution.
• Uphold compliance with Code of Conduct and industry codes.
• Complete required compliance training.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain ethical conduct.
