Spencer Rigby Ltd. is seeking a senior Market Access leader to build a global Centre of Excellence from the ground up. The role reports into divisional leadership and aligns Policy, HEOR, Payer & Reimbursement and Clinical Marketing into one team.

The position oversees early evidence strategy, reimbursement inclusion at launch, and adoption in clinical pathways with high visibility and impact on revenue.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in diagnostics, medical devices, life sciences, consulting or market access.
• 10+ years leading teams with global responsibility.
• Proven influence on reimbursement, coverage, coding and clinical guidelines.
• HEOR and HTA submission experience.
• Track record leading global product launches.
• Life sciences or health economics or business degree; advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Set and deliver the global market access strategy.
• Lead Policy & Advocacy, HEOR, Payer & Reimbursement and Clinical Marketing (2-3 direct reports initially).
• Shape guidelines, standards of care and reimbursement frameworks.
• Own pricing and value strategy, value dossiers, HTA submissions and economic models.
• Embed market access in product development and new launches.
• Build relationships with KOLs, payers, HTA bodies, clinical societies and government.
