Job summary

Globus Medical is seeking a reimbursement leader to drive market access for its musculoskeletal products in the United States. You will shape national strategies, collaborate with senior management, and support sales with payer-focused plans and education.

The role requires deep knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, private payer policies, and health economics, with strong communication to clinical and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Medicare, Medicaid, and private payer policies, reimbursement process and the health care legislative environment
• Experience with new technology reimbursement
• Knowledge of managed care and/or insurance industry
• Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding systems

Responsibilities

• Lead reimbursement strategy with senior management and cross-functional teams
• Develop and maintain relationships with surgeon KOLs, providers, and payers
• Provide reimbursement support for national sales teams across product lines
• Lead the GREAT Program to assist surgeons, hospitals, and patients
• Provide in-service reimbursement training to sales and training teams
• Conduct reimbursement presentations to stakeholders
• Lead Patient Access Team and Market Access Team
