• Experience complying with regulatory requirements and patient confidentiality (HIPAA).

Responsibilities

• Provide payer coverage support from documentation to prior authorization.
• Assist with appeals and detailed claims review and hotline support.
• Educate customers on payer coverage requirements and HF10 therapy.
• Meet required metrics to ensure quality service across customer types.
