Job summary

Legacy MEDSearch is seeking a Senior Manager of Market Access & Reimbursement to lead strategies for medical devices in a remote capacity with Central U.S. travel.

The role focuses on securing coverage with commercial payers, Medicare, and Medicaid, and translating clinical data into reimbursement value. Qualifications

• 5+ years in Market Access, Reimbursement, Health Economics, Payer Strategy or related fields.
• Experience expanding payer coverage for innovative healthcare technologies.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid reimbursement pathways and commercial payers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market access and reimbursement strategies across payers including Medicare and Medicaid.
• Identify coverage pathways for medical technologies and connected health solutions.
• Build relationships with payer organizations, medical directors, and policy decision-makers.
• Create plans to support favorable coverage, coding, payment, and policy outcomes.
• Assess reimbursement landscapes and health policy changes affecting product success.
• Develop and communicate clinical and economic value propositions for payer adoption.
• Leverage health economics to strengthen reimbursement strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align market access initiatives.
• Support evidence generation and strengthen payer engagement with data.
• Provide reimbursement guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor payer policies and identify opportunities for access expansion.
• Establish pilot programs and partnerships to expand patient access.
• Communicate market insights to senior leadership.
• Contribute to preparation for future launches and commercialization.
