Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a mid-level Regulatory Investigations, Strategy & Enforcement Associate in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of State AG experience and a JD, with strong writing, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities include responding to civil investigative demands, coordinating multistate investigations, negotiating resolutions, and advising on enforcement matters. Must be licensed in the state of residence/work.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience with State Attorneys General.
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence and work.
• Familiarity with investigations, enforcement, and multistate coordination.
• Strong writing, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to civil investigative demands and coordinate multistate investigations.
• Negotiate resolutions and advise on regulatory enforcement matters.
• Engage in internal investigations and related litigation.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with State AG offices.
• Support strategic business development for the firm.
