Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Dallas, TX seeks a mid-level Regulatory Investigations, Strategy & Enforcement Associate with 4–5 years of experience handling State Attorneys General matters, civil investigative demands, multistate investigations, and related negotiations.

The ideal candidate will advise clients on regulatory enforcement matters and related litigation, participate in internal investigations, and help grow the firm’s practice with strong writing, analytical, and collaborative skills.

Qualifications

• JD required and bar admission in the residence/work state.
• 4–5 years’ experience with State Attorneys General or in related regulatory enforcement settings.
• Strong writing skills with publication record or aptitude for thought leadership.
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence/work.
• Familiarity with investigations, enforcement, and multistate coordination.

Responsibilities

• Respond to civil investigative demands and coordinate multistate investigations.
• Negotiate resolutions and advise on complex regulatory enforcement matters.
• Engage in internal investigations and related litigation.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with State AG offices.
• Support strategic business development for the firm.
