JD required and bar admission, with the role offering significant client-facing responsibility within a nationally recognized practice.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience with State Attorneys General.
• Experience handling civil investigative demands and multistate investigations.
• Licensed to practice in the state of residence/work.
• Strong writing, publication record or thought leadership.
• Experience with regulatory enforcement matters and related litigation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to civil investigative demands and coordinate multistate investigations.
• Negotiate resolutions and advise on regulatory enforcement matters.
• Engage in internal investigations and related litigation.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with State AG offices.
• Support strategic business development for the practice group.
