Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a mid-level Regulatory Investigations and Enforcement Associate in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of experience with State Attorneys General, handling CIVs and multistate investigations, advising on regulatory enforcement matters and related litigation.

Responsibilities include coordinating investigations, negotiating resolutions, and building client relationships with State AG offices, plus contributing to business development within the group.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of experience with State Attorneys General.
• Experience in a State Attorney General's office preferred.
• Familiarity with investigations, enforcement, and multistate coordination.
• Strong writing skills and a publication record or aptitude for thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Respond to civil investigative demands and coordinate multistate investigations.
• Negotiate resolutions in complex regulatory enforcement matters.
• Advise clients on internal investigations and related litigation.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with State AG offices.
• Engage in strategic business development for the practice group.
