Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a mid-level Regulatory Investigations, Strategy & Enforcement Associate in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience with State Attorneys General and a strong background in regulatory enforcement matters.

Responsibilities include handling CIDs, coordinating multistate investigations, negotiating resolutions, advising on internal investigations, and strengthening State AG relationships.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with State Attorneys General preferred.
• Strong writing skills and publication record.
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence/work.

Responsibilities

• Respond to civil investigative demands (CIDs).
• Coordinate and engage in multistate investigations.
• Negotiate resolutions in complex regulatory matters.
• Advise clients on internal investigations and related litigation.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with State AG offices.
