Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in New York, NY seeks a mid-level Regulatory Investigations, Strategy & Enforcement Associate to handle civil investigations and multistate matters for State Attorneys General offices.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of relevant experience, a JD, active bar admission, and strong writing/analytic skills, with opportunities for client-facing work in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with State Attorneys General preferred.
• Strong writing skills and publication record.
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence and work.

Responsibilities

• Respond to civil investigative demands and coordinate multistate investigations
• Negotiate resolutions and advise on complex regulatory enforcement matters
• Engage in internal investigations and related litigation
• Maintain and deepen relationships with State AG offices
• Support strategic business development for the firm
