Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation seeks a Relationship Manager in the Supervisory Change & Readiness Team (SCRT) to guide initiatives through the supervisory change lifecycle and assess regulatory impacts. You will partner with leaders across risk, compliance, technology, operations, and product to design scalable controls and governance frameworks.

The role demands strategic thinking, strong communication, and experience shaping supervisory programs in financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, broker-dealer operations, risk management, compliance, or related fields.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
• Knowledge of wealth management and financial services regulatory environments.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, evaluating controls, and developing requirements or recommendations.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to build relationships and influence across teams and levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Guide initiatives through the supervisory change lifecycle and assess supervisory impacts.
