Job summary

Charles Schwab in Orlando seeks a Relationship Manager in the Supervisory Change & Readiness Team (SCRT) to guide initiatives through the supervisory change lifecycle, assess impacts, and design governance and monitoring frameworks across risk, compliance, technology, and product teams.

As a trusted advisor, you will translate strategy into practical supervisory solutions, influence cross-functional decisions, and balance innovation, growth, and risk in a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, or related fields.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
• Knowledge of wealth management, retail brokerage, banking, or financial services products and regulatory environments.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, evaluating controls, and making recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience building relationships across teams and influencing outcomes.
• Ability to analyze data to support decision-making and risk management.
