Job summary

Charles Schwab in the United States is seeking a Relationship Manager to join the Supervisory Change & Readiness Team (SCRT). You will guide initiatives through the supervisory change lifecycle, assess impacts, and partner with leaders across risk, compliance, technology, operations, and product to design scalable governance and monitoring frameworks.

As a trusted advisor, you will translate business strategy into practical supervisory solutions, influence decisions, and help Schwab balance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years in financial services or related areas including risk management or regulatory oversight.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and communicating to senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of wealth management or financial services products and regulatory environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
