AbbVie seeks a Director, Regulatory Affairs Business Development to lead regulatory scientific assessments, due diligence, and development strategy for external opportunities including in-licensing, out-licensing, and acquisitions.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Regulatory, R&D, and Commercial organizations, formulate regulatory scenarios for executive review, and negotiate deal terms with external partners to ensure timely execution.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years regulatory experience.
• Experience in strategic leadership with matrix stakeholders.
• Experience with US & Canada regulatory systems.

Aufgaben

• Prepare regulatory assessments for in-license/out-license, R&D collaborations and acquisitions.
• Lead due diligence activities and regulatory risk assessments.
• Develop regulatory strategies and inputs into development plans and deal models.
• Negotiate regulatory requirements in agreements and contracts.
• Communicate regulatory findings to senior leadership across functions.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders across all BD and R&D phases.
