AbbVie seeks a Director of Regulatory Business Development to drive regulatory assessments, due diligence, and strategic planning for external collaborations, in-licensing, and acquisitions. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, and commercial partners, and craft regulatory strategies for complex deals across global regions.

The role requires deep regulatory expertise, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to translate science into executable development

Formación

• 7+ years regulatory experience in pharmaceutical development or related field.
• Experience with US & Canada regulatory leadership and strategy.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in due diligence and deal negotiations.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare regulatory scientific assessments for in-license/out-license and acquisitions.
• Lead GRS evaluations and recommendations for venture opportunities.
• Support regulatory strategy development for development plans and deal structures.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across R&D, manufacturing, and commercial.
