Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Director of Regulatory Business Development to lead regulatory assessments and due diligence for in-license/out-license opportunities, acquisitions, and co-development efforts. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences (pharmacy, biology, chemistry, pharmacology) or related subject.
• 7+ years regulatory experience in pharmaceutical industry.
• 5+ years in a strategic leadership role with cross-functional influence.
• Experience with US & Canada regulatory environments and global drug development.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regulatory scientific assessments for in-license/out-license, acquisitions and co-development opportunities.
• Lead regulatory due diligence and develop regulatory strategies for development plans and financial modeling.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders across R&D, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams.
• Oversee budget and resources for regulatory activities in deal evaluations and negotiations.
