The Registrar will oversee a team, implement robust degree auditing in My.Harvard, and strengthen enrollment analytics while maintaining a student-centered, equity-focused service culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant work experience.
• Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of professionals, provide mentorship and professional development.
• Collaborate with departmental administrators on registration and policy implementation.
• Develop enrollment dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
• Ensure FERPA compliance and maintain accurate academic records.
