Job summary

Harvard University in Massachusetts is seeking an Assistant Registrar for Enrollment Services to lead the Enrollment Services team and support the Registrar in delivering key enrollment functions, including registration, matriculation, student progress and degree auditing.

This role coordinates data reporting, assesses projects, and helps shape Registrar, College, and GSAS enrollment policies while supervising staff and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and University regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience.
• Master's degree in Higher Education or related management field preferred.
• Advanced computer skills related to student databases and office productivity software.
• Ability to manage staff in a way that contributes to the goals of the Registrar.
• Knowledge of federal, state and University regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enrollment Services team and support the Associate Registrar in managing Enrollment Services.
• Oversee registration, matriculation, student progress and degree auditing.
• Coordinate enrollment data reporting and assessment of projects.
• Contribute to formulation of Registrar, College, and GSAS enrollment policies.
• Supervise the Enrollment Services Coordinator and assess performance.
