Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in registrar/enrollment services in higher education.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL for reporting.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.
• Advanced knowledge of registrar functions and student records management.
• Experience with a Student Information System (SIS) and SQL usage in SIS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversees registration by developing policies and procedures.
• Manages transcripts and enrollment verification letters.
• Advises on CPT and international student processes.
• Coordinates my.harvard workflows and related forms.
• Supports registrar-related events including Commencement and Orientation.
