Job summary

Rubicon is seeking a Regional Sourcing Manager to build deep relationships with vendor partners across Rubicon’s network and lead sourcing for a defined U.S. region.

Reporting to the Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will drive vendor evaluation, negotiation, and strategy to secure best service at competitive prices. This role collaborates with Account Management, Operations, Sales, Solutions, and other teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of vendor partner management experience with track record of performance improvement.
• Experience cross-functionally to support vendor evaluation and selection.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement strategic vendor partnerships to meet customer needs.
• Manage end-to-end procurement and reprocurement processes, optimizing service quality and cost.
• Support Sales and Account teams in procuring or reprocurement through vendor collaboration.
