Job summary

Rubicon Global Holdings LLC is seeking a Regional Sourcing Manager to build vendor partnerships and oversee procurement across a defined region. The role reports to the Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager and collaborates with Account Management, Operations, Sales, Solutions, and Contract Data Management to deliver exceptional customer service through strategic sourcing.

Qualifications

High School Diploma and Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required.
5+ years of vendor partner management experience with a track record of performance improvement.
Experience cross-functionally supporting vendor evaluation and selection based on client needs.
Ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive to resolution independently.

Responsibilities

Identify and implement strategic partnerships with vendors to meet customer waste management needs.
Manage end-to-end procurement and reprocurement for new and existing services to optimize quality and cost.
Support Sales and Account teams in procuring services through vendor collaboration.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the waste and recycling industry.
Monitor and improve vendor performance via a balanced scorecard.
