Job summary

Rubicon is seeking a Client Services Team Lead for overnight hours in a remote/hybrid USA setup. You will coordinate client service requests, escalate complex issues, and ensure timely service execution while supporting a high-performing account management team.

This role reports to the Key Account Manager and involves collaboration across departments. The position requires 2+ years in customer service, strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; proactive attitude.
• Travel and onsite work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between client services associates, KAM, and other departments.
• Escalate and resolve client service issues promptly per SOPs.
• Oversee team inquiries and ensure timely fulfillment of requests.
• Document issues, resolutions, and follow-ups in the system.
• Schedule and dispatch additional services with haulers and stores.
• Monitor quality and productivity metrics and generate reports.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve service quality.
• Collaborate to maintain a positive team environment.
