Responsibilities

• Lead hauler relationships and optimize service efficiency.
• Complete bids and awards for project customers and Key Accounts.
• Review hauler network for cost and operational efficiencies.
• Document, respond to, and close service requests and issues in the system.
• Manage projects from sourcing to billing and closure.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous training.
• Resolve vendor invoice issues and ensure timely billing.
• Confirm deliveries and removals for projects.
• Travel and/or onsite work as needed.
