Watchtower Security is seeking a results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive new client acquisition and grow market share in the Kansas City region. The role requires building relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and traveling to client sites, trade shows, and industry events.

You will engage in prospecting, needs assessments, and tailored surveillance solutions, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver compelling proposals and close deals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience in multifamily housing or security/tech industries.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and develop new leads through prospecting and outreach.
• Deliver proposals and presentations to clients, articulating Watchtower Security’s value proposition.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract close.
• Travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and attend events.
