Exemplis, a leading seating manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Sales Representative for our Southern California Sales Team. You will develop commercial, healthcare, government and higher education business through dealer partnerships and direct marketing to end users and A&D professionals.

The role requires local travel in Southern California and access to a vehicle capable of transporting product samples.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of related sales experience with a proven performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent presentation, organizational and problem-solving skills with collaboration and negotiation ability.
• Self-starter who can represent Exemplis professionally and build long-term customer relationships.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication with good listening.

Responsabilidades

• Support Dealer Sales Reps to present seating solutions and provide product information and samples.
• Call on end-user clients independently to convey value and drive sales.
• Engage interior designers in A&D firms to develop specifications and product preferences.
• Participate in team-based selling activities when appropriate.
• Manage assigned expense budget and perform other duties to meet business objectives.
