Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Regional Project Controls Lead for Infrastructure, US South, to provide regional leadership over project controls and serve as a strategic partner to regional business and operations leadership.

You will connect portfolio performance, governance, and capability development, establishing a consistent project controls framework across centers and guiding regional leaders on strategy and staffing.

Qualifications

• Strategic leadership and enterprise thinking across multiple business centers.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced understanding of cost-based Earned Value Management, forecast, and margin.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Controls teams across the assigned region and coordinate priorities with regional leaders.
• Partner on portfolio margin, risk, resourcing, and performance initiatives.
• Review regional reporting to identify risks and opportunities for leadership action.
• Monitor project performance and coordinate with Finance to address margin impacts.
