Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Regional Project Controls Lead for the US South region. Based in any US South office, you will guide regional project controls, support governance, and drive consistent practices across centers.

You will partner with regional leadership on margins, risk, resourcing, and performance initiatives while advancing a robust project-controls framework. Applicants should show strategic leadership, enterprise thinking, and the ability to synthesize portfolio data into executive-level

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in project controls, project accounting, finance, or related field.
• Demonstrated success leading teams and influencing senior leaders across a broad portfolio.
• Advanced understanding of cost-based Earned Value Management, forecasting, gross margin, and portfolio governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Controls teams regionally; coordinate priorities, capacity, and deployment with leaders.
• Partner on portfolio margin, risk, DSO, resourcing, and performance initiatives.
• Review regional reports to identify trends, risks, and actions requiring leadership.
• Provide concise, decision-oriented recommendations in financial-management forums.
