Stantec is seeking a Regional Project Controls Lead to provide regional leadership for Project Controls teams and partner with regional leaders on portfolio performance, resource strategy, governance, and capability development. The role drives a consistent Project Controls framework across business centers.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in project controls, finance, or related fields, with strong EV management and portfolio governance capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of ten years of progressively responsible experience in project controls, finance, or related field.
• Experience leading teams and influencing senior leaders across a broad portfolio.
• Advanced understanding of Earned Value Management, gross margin, forecasting, DSO, risk, and portfolio governance.

Aufgaben

• Lead Project Controls teams regionally and align priorities with regional leaders.
• Collaborate with Regional Delivery, Business, and Growth Leaders on margins, risk, resourcing, and performance initiatives.
• Review regional reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities needing action.
• Participate in financial-management forums and provide concise, decision-oriented recommendations.
• Monitor regional project performance and coordinate with Finance/Operations on margin impacts and systemic issues.
• Partner with Director of Project Controls and peers to develop and implement the Project Controls framework, standards, and processes.
• Provide guidance on strategy, governance, staffing, and implementation of project-controls practices.
• Lead change management, team building, and capability development across the region.
• Foster collaboration across regions and transfer lessons learned and best practices.
