The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking an Assistant Product Manager for Protective Coatings to oversee a global portfolio through all stages of the product lifecycle. You will coordinate with R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing and Technical Services to develop business cases, drive launches, monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.

You will report to Sherwin-Williams offices in Brecksville, OH or Minneapolis, MN, and travel up to 20% as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Business, Marketing, or related discipline.

Aufgaben

• Portfolio Lifecycle Management across Functional Coatings and Pavement Marking products; develop roadmaps and identify gaps.
• Lead SKU rationalization and portfolio optimization; monitor profitability and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate product development, commercialization, regulatory approvals, and testing with R&D; manage launches and post-launch reviews.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Procurement on availability and sourcing risks; track revenue, margin, and market share.
