Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. in partnership with Samsung Electronics America is seeking a Retail Field Sales Manager for full‑time work in Sacramento, CA. You will act as a Samsung brand ambassador, train staff, and ensure polished merchandising while driving sales through structured store visits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of multi-unit territory management, product training and demonstrations, retail concepts, merchandising and displays.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Brand advocacy: serve as a brand ambassador for Samsung and drive customer engagement.
• Schedule store visits across multiple channel locations to optimize productivity.
• Merchandising: oversee Samsung displays and ensure brand standards and visual presentation.
• Train retail sales associates on Samsung products and ecosystem.
• Drive KPIs and sell-out through strategic planning and execution.
• Build strong relationships with store managers to align sales objectives.
