Job summary

U.S. Soccer is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Delivery & Transformation to turn the strategic vision for refereeing into practical, nationwide action.

You will lead cross-functionally, develop implementation plans, and partner with senior leadership to deliver high-impact referee programs across the United States. In this role, you will drive organizational change, manage complex initiatives, and ensure optimized program delivery with a strong focus on measurable outcomes and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Minimum 7+ years leading complex programs or cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence, build trust, and manage multiple workstreams.
• Experience leading organizational change initiatives and delivering results.
• Strong planning, facilitation, and execution skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic vision into practical, scalable programs for refereeing.
• Develop and execute implementation strategies with governance and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead priority initiatives from concept through adoption and continuous improvement.
