Job summary

CROM, LLC in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and oversee onboarding, credentialing, and new hire administration. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, hire, and onboard qualified candidates while ensuring compliance with federal, state, company, and customer requirements.

You will screen applicants, coordinate interviews, prepare offers, and manage onboarding through ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accurate records

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Onboarding, or related field.
Experience handling highly confidential employee and candidate information.
Knowledge of employment eligibility verification, I-9 compliance, and E-Verify.
Experience using HRIS systems; ADP Workforce Now preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Manage full recruitment lifecycle for professional, skilled trades, and corporate positions.
Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Create, post, and maintain job advertisements across multiple platforms.
Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and facilitate timely hiring decisions.
Prepare and distribute offers and onboarding documents; coordinate onboarding activities.
Ensure compliance with I-9, E-Verify and other employment regulations.
Maintain accurate records and recruitment/onsite onboarding dashboards.
Collaborate with Payroll, Training, IT, Safety and HR leadership for seamless onboarding.
