Responsibilities

• Oversee major programs and connect them to broader office strategies.
• Develop partnerships with counselors, schools and organizations; assess and report on outcomes.
• Use data analytics to evaluate recruitment strategies and inform decisions.
• Supervise Admissions Officers and support staff development and training.
