• Provides leadership over a key business area within undergraduate admissions, directing processes and policies.
• Oversees major programs, connects strategies across the office, and collaborates with university partners.
• Plans recruitment strategies for a regional territory and manages constituent relationships.
• Represents Johns Hopkins University Admissions at public events and information sessions.
• Develops strategic plans, evaluates programs, and builds tools to analyze engagement effectiveness.
• Supervises admissions staff, supports their growth, and coordinates cross-functional teams.
• Oversees staff training for on-campus engagement and programming.
