Job summary

The Johns Hopkins University is seeking a Director of Recruitment on the Undergraduate Admissions team. This senior leader will manage 5-7 admissions staff, drive strategic enrollment goals, and oversee on-campus, off-campus, and virtual recruitment activities.

The role requires strong data analytics, budget oversight, and collaboration with Marketing and Operations. The position is hybrid at Homewood Campus with a starting salary range of $150,000–$175,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Seven years of related experience, including two years of supervisory experience.
• Additional education may substitute for required experience and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond a high school diploma/graduation equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage admissions staff including Full and PT staff.
• Lead recruitment across 30+ domestic and international regions.
• Develop innovative recruitment strategies using data.
• Coordinate with Marketing to align recruitment strategies.
• Oversee all aspects of prospective student recruitment.
• Lead on-campus recruitment events.
• Track recruitment effectiveness with leadership.
