• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred for seniority.
• Experience in graduate recruiting, admissions or sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement territory marketing plans to attract and admit students.
• Co-manage admission funnel via outreach by phone, email, and in person.
• Coordinate recruitment territory with institutions and organizations to meet enrollment goals.
• Oversee Kellstadt recruiting events and prepare data-driven reports.
