Job summary

DePaul University in Chicago, IL, seeks an Assistant Director, Recruitment (Hybrid) to lead the admission funnel for the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. Based at the Loop campus, the role reports to the Associate Director and oversees outreach, data analysis, and collaboration across departments.

This position requires 3–5 years in graduate recruiting, strong communication, and project management. Travel for recruitment, occasional evenings and weekends, and use of PeopleSoft and Slate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Three to five years experience in graduate recruiting, admission and sales.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral presentation, and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of recruiting and admission practices for graduate students.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive territory marketing plan to attract and admit students.
• Co-manage the admission funnel through timely inquiries and communications.
• Co-manage a recruitment territory and participate in off-campus events and information sessions.
• Support data collection and analysis for recruitment activities and reporting.
