Job summary

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in program management, business operations, chief of staff, or talent roles at a fast-growing company.
• Hands-on experience with recruiting operations and talent processes.
• Ability to design, document, and scale cross-team workflows.
• Strong systems thinking and prioritization across multiple initiatives.
• Experience applying AI/automation to real workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead high-impact, cross-team recruiting projects.
• Organize operating rhythm across recruiting teams for alignment.
• Identify and fix systemic friction, not just one-off issues.
• Design and drive adoption of company-wide recruiting changes.
• Own headcount planning and hiring pace across regions.
• Set interviewing standards and monitoring to prevent bottlenecks.
• Translate analytics into actionable SOPs and documentation.
• Keep stakeholders informed and maintain trust across teams.
