• 8-10+ years in program management, business operations, chief of staff, or people/talent roles at a fast-growing company.
• Part of a talent team or partnered closely with one.
• Systems thinking to connect pieces and design cross-team fixes.
• Led multiple complex workstreams with prioritization.
• Set strategy and vision for your area.
• Create structure in ambiguous environments.
• Applied AI to real workflows and automated repetitive tasks.
• Test ideas on a small scale and justify scope.

Responsibilities

• Define problems, ship testable versions, and hand off as repeatable programs.
• Own operating rhythm across recruiting-supporting teams.
• Spot recurring friction and fix the underlying system.
• Own process design during company-wide changes and drive adoption.
• Be DRI for headcount and workforce planning, including regional readiness.
• Own interview scheduling standards and cross-team diagnosis when needed.
• Turn analytics into SOPs and build accessible documentation.
• Keep stakeholders informed and maintain lineage of recruiting systems and data.
