Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in business, communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting, including lead or mentorship roles.
• Experience with social media and job ads platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
• Attention to detail is essential; proven sourcing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned recruiting team and serve as escalation point.
• Advise hiring managers on market conditions, sourcing strategy, and role positioning.
• Help prioritize requisitions and hiring demands across the region.
• Lead and coach recruiters, providing ongoing feedback and development.
• Develop recruiting plans by studying organizational plans and objectives.
• Fill open positions efficiently; meet with managers to discuss needs.
• Network through industry contacts and professional networks to source candidates.
• Create and update job descriptions; attract applicants and screen resumes.
