Job summary

Considine Search is seeking a Recruiting Intelligence and Candidate Coordinator in New Jersey to support lateral partner recruiting through market intelligence, research, and candidate coordination. You will monitor market trends, identify talent opportunities, and help advance the firm’s growth objectives.

The role reports to the Head of Strategic Growth & Initiatives and the Senior Manager of Partner Recruiting, with responsibilities spanning research, candidate engagement, and process

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, market research, analytics, or related field.
Strong research and analytical skills to synthesize complex information.

Responsibilities

Conduct market and competitive intelligence to identify prospective talent and trends.
Maintain recruiting databases and talent maps; prepare reports.
Coordinate all aspects of partner interview process and scheduling.
Support coordination with search firms, candidates, and attorneys for logistics.
Assist with special projects and strategic research initiatives as needed.
