Job summary

Considine Search is seeking a Senior Lateral Recruitment Manager for a premier global law firm in New York, hybrid schedule. Lead end-to-end lateral attorney recruitment, partner with the Lateral Recruiting Director, and drive national initiatives aligned with strategic priorities.

You will manage vendor relationships, analyze hiring trends, mentor junior staff, and oversee immigration sponsorship processes including H-1B, TN, E-3, and J-1.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of progressive legal recruiting or HR experience, preferably in a law firm.
• Strong stakeholder-management and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lateral hiring activity and coordinate onboarding with Talent Management and Conflicts teams.
• Monitor practice group needs and share applications with partners for review; support NY and non-NY offices.
• Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and headhunters; organize meetings to discuss priorities.
