Job summary

Monaco is building an AI-native revenue platform and is hiring a Recruiting Generalist to own top-of-funnel sourcing and interview coordination across the company. This is a high-ownership role with real impact on hiring speed and candidate experience.

Location is San Francisco and we are an in-person team — 5 days in the office. You will engage candidates across engineering, product, design, and GTM, coordinating the interview process from sourcing to offer.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in recruiting, sourcing, coordination, or related high-volume operations.
• Hands-on sourcing experience: you have personally found and messaged candidates.
• Clear written communication with strong focus on candidate experience.
• High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple live processes.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates across engineering, product, design, and GTM channels via LinkedIn, referrals, and inbound.
• Screen early replies and applications for basic fit and hand off qualified candidates.
• Own interview coordination end to end: scheduling, prep, reschedules, status updates.
• Keep the ATS clean and track pipeline coverage, response rates, and time in stage.
• Help document sourcing plays and scheduling workflows as we scale.
