Addison Group is seeking a Recruiter to identify, network, and match candidates with client openings in a fast-paced environment. You will build a candidate pipeline using our databases, job boards, and social networking, collaborating with Business Development Managers to fulfill client needs.

We value proactive relationship building, strong communication, and the ability to close deals while documenting conversations for reporting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify, network, and sell to potential candidates using internal database, job boards, and social networking.
• Maintain and update a candidate pipeline through cold calling/prospecting.
• Develop and maintain candidate relations through relationship-driven calls and meetings.
• Negotiate pay rates and close deals in line with company goals and expectations.
• Document all candidate conversations for historical data and productivity reporting.
• Represent Addison Group professionally in networking events and other activities.
