Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles across a variety of clients. You will analyze hiring needs, build client-specific strategies, and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet demand.

You will support candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching, while leveraging Adecco’s tools and processes to ensure successful placements and KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience is required.
• Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit or in staffing/human resources industries is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Recruiting for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles across clients.
• Develops candidate pipelines and engages passive/active candidates.
• Assists candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching.
• Screens and evaluates candidates to match inventory needs.
• Interviews and submits candidates, tracking activity KPIs.
