Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an experienced Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary hire and direct hire roles across diverse clients. You will build a strong pipeline, conduct behavioral interviews, and coach candidates to improve employability while maintaining excellent client service.

You will manage ATS workflows, support branch sales initiatives, and develop local recruiting plans and relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Qualifications

• One plus year(s) of recruiting experience, preferably in staffing.
• Experience with ATS systems.
• Familiarity with major job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter).

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and build a robust pipeline to meet client needs.
• Conduct behavioral interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Coach candidates on resumes and interview preparation.
• Enter and track candidate data in ATS and maintain client relationships.
• Support sales efforts and understand service portfolio.
